If you think you're getting inaccurate results, it may be caused by the following factors: (Sound settings can be changed in the Settings menu). You should then be able to view your body metrics in the app. After about 10 seconds, the display will go blank and a sound will indicate completion of the measuring process. Even if your weight is displayed, the scale may still be measuring your other body metrics do NOT step off the scale while the scale is still measuring.
